How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are processed in 1–3 business days. Personalized items are made to order in 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, and you'll get a tracking number by email.

On the product page, upload a clear, well-lit photo and, if you choose engraving, type your message. Please double-check spelling — we make exactly what you send.
What is your return policy?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items are made just for you and can't be returned for change of mind, but if anything arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by our secure payment providers; we never store your full card details.
