Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time
 Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Some items in an order may ship separately and arrive on different days; you'll receive tracking for each package.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us at support@thecelesteshop.com and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
